Joseph P. Mondrick, 69, of Coplay, died March 29, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Loretta E. (Gibson) Mondrick for 48 years.

He was a son of the late Peter and Elizabeth (Harakal) Mondrick.

He was a 1969 graduate of Whitehall High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Kutztown University in 1981.

He was in the U.S. Navy from 1969 to 1973.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Ian and his wife Chelsea; a grandson, Liam; two sisters, Barbara Torba and Monica Karpowicz with Don; and a brother, Peter with Kathy.

He was predeceased by a sister, Dora Marchetti.

Funeral services will be private.
