Marjorie A. Kokolus, 84, of Hellertown and formerly of Coplay, died March 29, 2020, at Weston Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Hellertown. She was wife of the late Paul Kokolus.

Born in North Whitehall Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Victoria (Romanic) Gavlick.

She was an investigator for the child placement review office at the court house in Paterson, N.J., for nine years until retiring.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Whitehall.

She is survived by six children, Patricia L. with Steven Kronman of Sparta, N.J., Janet L. Martin of Venice, Fla., John P. with Deby Kokolus of North Whitehall Township, Marie A. with James Fischbach of Little Falls, N.J., Michael S. with Maureen Kokolus of Summerville, S.C., and Barbara J. with Tom Kolor of Clarence Center, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three siblings, Mamie Yadush, Michael Gavlick and Jeanette Pavolko.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
