Moore Township officials have closed the township offices to the public and canceled public meetings for the remainder of March due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
Township staff are available by phone, email and fax. Any documents can be dropped off with the township police department secretary in the township municipal building, 2491 Community Drive, Bath.
The township’s tax office is closed to public in-person payments. The accepted forms of payment throughout March are checks or money orders only. No cash payments will be accepted at this time.
Payments can be mailed to Moore Township Tax Office, 2913 West Beersville Road, Bath, 18014. Call the tax collector at 484-294-3798 or email mooretwptax@gmail.com with questions.
At this point, the Moore Township Community Days committee-sponsored designer purse bingo, scheduled for April 19 at the Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company social hall, has not been postponed. Call Lois at 610-704-5629 or Becky at 610-759-8844 for information and tickets. Tickets can also be purchased on Eventbrite.
Officials recommend members of organizations outside of the government or church groups contact the respective organizations to learn of any postponed meetings or activities over the coming month.
