Because of COVID-19, Catasauqua Borough officials announced all council and committee meetings are canceled until further notice. Catasauqua Municipal Complex, 90 Bridge St., is closed to visitors until further notice.
Borough staff will be at work to answer phone calls and respond to emails. The borough office phone number is 610-264-0571.
The police and fire departments are operating and continue normal operations, but the police department is closed to visitors. Any tickets/fines can be paid online or by placing payments into the drop box at the municipal complex.
Any payments to the borough can be made online or left in the drop box. Borough Manager Steven Travers requests any dropped-off bills have clearly marked on the envelope the resident’s name, address and account number.
All planned water shut-offs are postponed until May 1.
Residents needing a permit application can find the forms at the Forms & Applications tab on the borough website, catasauqua.org, or by emailing info@catasauqua.org for information about permits.
All borough parks are closed.
Borough officials remind residents that 911 is used for emergency calls only. The non- emergency number is 610-264-0577. Residents are asked to visit the borough website to get official updates.

Catasauqua Borough has a rich number of nonprofit organizations and churches. Borough leaders suggest members of these numerous groups contact the leaders of organizations or churches to find out if meetings or activities have been canceled or postponed.
