COVID-19 COUNT

The Pennsylvania Department of Health, as of March 17, confirmed additional positive cases of COVID-19, one in Lehigh County.

Total counts are Allegheny County, seven cases; Beaver County, one case; Bucks County, eight cases; Chester County, four cases; Cumberland County, 10 cases; Delaware County, nine cases; Luzerne County, one case; Monroe County, eight cases; Montgomery County, 32 cases; Northampton County, one case; Philadelphia County, 10 cases; Pike County, one case; Washington County, two cases; and Wayne County, one case. All are either in isolation at home or being treated at the hospital.

This brings the statewide total to 96 cases.

There are 879 patients who have tested negative either at the state public health lab, a commercial lab or a hospital laboratory.
