Olive B. Wenninger, 90, from Wescosville, died March 6, 2020, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital.
She and her husband Harley J. Wenninger were married nearly 69 years.
Born in Red Bank, N.J., she was the daughter of the late William and Esther (Lins) Best.
In 1946, she began her career as an operator with Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania.
She retired in 1985 as an assistant manager.
She was a lifetime member and past president from 1983-84 of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
After retirement, she volunteered for Lehigh Valley Hospital for 37 years.
She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, South Whitehall, and AARP.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters Anne Marie Wenninger of Macungie, Jane W. Oskam of Lower Macungie; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother William S. Best.
