Ronald E. Gonzalez, 89, of Linwood and formerly of Bethlehem, died Feb. 29, 2020. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Nicanor and Rebecca (Montemayor) Gonzalez. He was the husband of the late Anne H. (Comer) Gonzalez.

He was in the US Army during the Korean War.

He worked for over 40 years with the Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

He is survived by a son, Ronald R. Gonzalez; a brother-in-law, Martin Comer and his wife Patsy; nieces; nephews; cousins; and extended family.

He was predeceased by a brother, Nicanor; and two sisters, Estella Myers and Mercedes Goosley.
