Lynda L. Shane, 68, of Allentown, formerly of Schnecksville, died Feb. 13, 2020, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the wife of the late William A. Shane.

Born Oct. 22, 1951, in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, she was the daughter of Lela M. (Bergman) Kelley of Allentown and the late Orville L. Kelley.

She was employed at Guardian Life Insurance Company, Bethlehem, for many years before retiring.

Before that, she was a veterinary technician in the Lehigh Valley, having a great love for animals.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter Julie C. Shane of Allentown; son Daniel A., and his wife, Dr. Darcy R. Shane, of Louisburg, Kan.; brothers Kenneth P. Kelley and his wife, Kathy, of Portland, Ore., Richard J. Kelley of North Kingston, R.I.; grandsons Weston and Bryson; nephews Ryan and Matthew; and nieces Kristen and Karlee.

She was predeceased by her sister Carole J. Kelley.
