Historian Dr. Robert J. Kodosky, of West Chester University, will present a book talk and signing of “Rising to the Challenge: Tuskegee in Philadelphia” at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 19 in the main building of the Bethlehem Area Public Library, 11 W. Church St. Alma Bailey, a Tuskegee Corps African-American member of the Tuskegee University Cadet Nurse Corps, will be the special guest.
