Shirley A. Baumann, 74, of Scranton, formerly of Allentown, died on Jan. 11, 2020, in Allied Hospice, Scranton.

She was the wife of Thomas R. Baumann Sr.

Born Dec. 5, 1945, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Martha G. (Sipple) Meitzler.

She was a health care technician at Lehigh Valley Health Network for 11 years before retiring.

In addition to her husband, her survivors include children Thomas R. Jr. and his wife, Laura, of Whitehall, Alice M. Baumann of Allentown, Joseph R. Baumann and his wife, Sophie, of Texas, Brian L. Baumann of Scranton; grandchildren Brandon, Kyle, Geneva, Curtis Jr., Jade, Nevaeh and Natalya; and great-grandson Jayden.
