Dylan Archer, lieutenant with Northampton Fire Department, is the recipient of the 2019 Cement Bag Award. Archer was presented with the plaque at the borough's annual Christmas banquet, held Dec. 20, 2019, at Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave. Archer was recognized for his unselfish and exemplary service to the community.
