Gladys E. Reifinger, 85, of Allentown, formerly of Alburtis, died on Dec. 30, 2019, in Cedarbrook, South Whitehall.

Born Sept. 26, 1934, in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late Catherine R. Hunsicker and Alfred E. Rank.

A graduate of Kutztown High School, she was a garment worker at the former Royal Mfg., Alburtis, before retiring.

Before that, she was a secretary at Atlas Minerals and Chemicals, Mertztown.

She was of the Lutheran faith.

A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she was a humble, kindhearted, giving soul, and was a ray of sunshine for all who knew her.

Her survivors include a son, Michael E. Reifinger and his wife, Denise, of Slatington; grandchildren Corey Reifinger and his wife, Lauryn, Jill Reifinger and her fiancé, Duane Merchant; and great-granddaughters, Aurora and Quinn.
