Upon completion of training, volunteers set their own visit schedules. Some things volunteers do include reading to clients, watching TV together and talking; no medical/nursing skills are needed.

Training and support will be provided. Main duties include: filing confidential foster care documents, data entry and answering phones. Strong computer and communication skills would be a plus. ·Sanctuary At Haafsville, Breinigsville, has many wonderful dogs and cats who would love to spend some time in a real home before they are adopted by their “furever” family. Foster opportunities include short and long term assignments, emergency situations for power outages or disasters and for animals recovering from surgery. Organizers ask fosters provide dog/cat pet food, shelter, love and be able to bring the animal for adoption days.
