Favorite subject: Math because it comes easiest to me and I have loved every single math teacher I have had in high school.
Activities: Goalkeeper for the Freedom boys soccer team, Senior Overall for BASD Min-THON, student body treasurer, member of National Honors Society, Eagle Scout
Next steps: Attend either Penn State University or Drexel University to study psychology
Career goals: Become a sports psychologist for either a local college or Pennsylvania professional sports team
Heroes: All the children who are fighting pediatric cancer. I had the privilege of visiting Hershey Medical Center last year and was able to meet some of the children affected, and they are the strongest and most courageous kids I’ve ever met. Their bravery is so inspiring to me, especially when their faces always have smiles on them.

Volunteer/community work: Service projects with Boy Scouts of America and helper of Special Olympics
Likes: Soccer, movies and sleeping
Dislikes: Ice skating, carrots and waking up early
Greatest accomplishment (so far): Being part of BASD Mini-THON, and raising $140,981.78 for pediatric cancer last year
Advice for peers: Never listen to those who put you down’ do what makes you happy and do it to the best of your ability.
