Harold R. Heintzelman, 77, of Neffs, died on Dec. 12, 2019, in his home.
He and his wife Joan M. (Kadtke) Heintzelman were married 55 years.
Born May 31, 1942, in Berwick, Columbia County, he was the son of the late Harold R. and Thelma M. (Slusser) Heintzelman.
He was a supervisor of inventory control at Kenco Corp., Fogelsville, for several years before retiring.
Before that, he worked at Sherwood Medical and Dana Corp.
He served in the National Guard.
A lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church, Berwick, he and his wife attended mass faithfully at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of Copeechan Fish and Game Club, Schnecksville.
He also enjoyed golfing and trips to the casino.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by a sister, Elizabeth Mowery and her husband, Gerald, of Necopeck; brother Richard L. Heintzelman and his wife, Carol, of Stillwater; sister-in-law Delores J. Albert of Wilkes-Barre; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by siblings Robert Heintzelman and Patricia Ryman.
