Dorothy Mae Martinez, Sacred Heart Catholic Church member

Dorothy Mae Martinez, 78, of Bethlehem Township, died at home on Dec. 12, 2019. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Hilda Stano. She was the wife of Manuel Martinez.

She worked at several hotels in the Lehigh Valley, and retired from the Holiday Inn/Lehigh Valley Hotel after 40 years of service.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Carolyn M. Poplawski and her husband Joseph, and Nadine Martinez; a grandson, Lucas Poplawski; and a sister, Margaret Braun.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dolores.
