Holy Trinity Orthodox Catholic Church, 1023 Fifth St., is taking orders for kielbasi and nut and apricot rolls, a holiday tradition.

Pickup is noon-3 p.m. Dec. 21 in the church hall, accessed by side steps to the lower level.

Catty Seniors Plus meets 1 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Slovak Center Social Club, 1223 Fifth St. Doors open noon.

The meeting is a week earlier than normal because of the Christmas holiday.

A Christmas luncheon is planned for all members who registered in advance. A full meal and desserts will be served.

Bingo will also be played after the meal. Door prizes will be given out.

Each month, members are asked to bring an item for the food bank.

The food bank is running the Be an Angel campaign, with a request for toilet paper and paper towels. Members are asked to bring a package of one of these items to this meeting.
