Santa is coming to the South Mall!

Get your picture taken with Santa every weekend between now and Christmas. Dan’s Camera City will be taking pictures 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.

This is my favorite time of year for so many reasons, one of them being all the holiday concerts. Harry S Truman Elementary School starts the concert season 9:30 a.m. Dec. 5 with the annual fourth and fifth grade band and chorus winter concert. Salisbury High School students present the winter choral and instrumental concert in the high school auditorium 7 p.m. Dec. 5. Western Salisbury Elementary School presents the fourth and fifth grade band and chorus concert 9:30 a.m. Dec. 11. Last but not least, will be Salisbury Middle School’s winter concert 7 p.m. Dec. 12. Come out and enjoy our talented students.

One last reminder about the free community breakfast sponsored by Salisbury Township and Salisbury Township School District to all township residents, employees and alumni. Come to Salisbury High School 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 7 and enjoy pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee and juice. Breakfast is free, but residents are asked to RSVP at 610-797-2062, ext. 1000.

The Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church community breakfast will be held 8 to 11 a.m. Dec. 14. The regular menu includes eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, English muffins, toast, hash browns, coffee and juice. A donation is suggested.

The Devonshire Drop-off will be open for the last time this year Dec. 7. Hours of operation for Salisbury residents are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
