Virginia Beidler, 92, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Allentown, died Oct. 12, 2019, in her home.

She and her husband, Donald A. Beidler, were married 47 years.

Born March 21, 1927, in Easton, Northampton County, she was the daughter of the late Elmer F. and Catherine (Ryerson) Hinkel.

A member of the Lehigh Valley Council of Telephone Pioneers, she was a secretary at the former Bell of Pennsylvania, Bethlehem, for 36 years before retiring in 1982.

She was a member of Joy Lutheran Church, Ocala.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a stepdaughter Terry L. Bellucci of Allentown; and siblings Bruce F. Hinkel of North Dakota, Barbara Cuva of New Jersey and Jeanette Wilkins of Easton.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Oct. 18 in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Gordon A. Camp officiating.

Family and friends may pay their respects 1-2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.

Interment will follow the service at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs.
