Nancy J. Hittinger, church secretary

Nancy J. Hittinger, 82, of Bethlehem, died at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth, on September 20, 2019. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Margretta (Coursen) Felker. She was the wife of Charles “Bud” F. Hittinger for 63 years.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bethlehem, where she was the church secretary for 32 years.

In addition to her husband,she is survived by a son, Alan C. and his wife Brenda; a daughter, Judith A. Gensiak and her husband Albert; a sister, Mary Sublett; a brother, Charles Felker; five grandchildren, Amanda Curlick, Cassie Gensiak, Kevin Gensiak and his wife Casey, Jennifer Hittinger and Daniel Hittinger; and four great-grandchildren, Yoshi, Savannah, Skye and Silas.

She was predeceased by a sister, Lois Heist.
