Catty beat Lehighton in boys soccer 2-0.

The game was 0-0 at halftime before Catty pulled away in the second half for two goals. Damian DiPaolo scored both goals for the Roughies with Wesley Fotta and Luis Del Rosario added assists.

The boys lost to Saucon Valley 7-0. The team fell behind 2-0 by halftime before the Panthers scored five in the second half.

Zachary Nicholas scored three goals and an assist in the game with Matthew Konkolics adding two.

The boys fell to Wilson 3-2, but no other information was available.

Catty fell to Bangor 5-1 on Tuesday.

The Slaters took a 3-0 lead on two goals from Derek Filipkowski and one from Gabe Lawler before Catty’s Damian DiPaolo cut it to 3-1 with a upper-90 shot to the goalie’s left side.

But the Slaters responded. Dominic Martocci notched two more goals for the 5-1 final.

Wesley Fotta made 11 saves in the loss for CHS, which drops to 2-4, 0-4 as Bangor is 2-3, 2-2

The girls soccer team lost a tough game to Saucon Valley 1-0.

Sophia Riehl scored the game’s only goal, which was assisted by Lauren Giles. Saucon outshot the Roughs 14-5 and Madison Hicks made 13 saves for the Roughies.

The girls beat Wilson 6-1 last week.

Brielle Davis scored twice as did Kaylee Weidaw.

Haleigh Toto and Emma Hawk assisted on Davis’s goals while Hawk and Hamyah Jenkins helped on Weidaw’s goals.

Eddie Seidel and Toto also added goals in the win with Weidaw assisting on Seidel’s goal and Hawk helping on Toto’s tally.

Madison Hicks was busy in goal with 17 saves.

Wilson’s goal was by Clare Kenny and assisted by Jocelyn Smith.

Wilson keeper Tess Patterson had 11 saves.

Catty girls fell to Bangor 3-2 on Tuesday.

Brielle Davis scored for Catty on an assist from Haleigh Toto. Maddy Harth added a goal on a penalty shot.

Hicks made 23 saves in the loss.

In field hockey, Palmerton beat Catty 5-0.

Erin Kistler had two goals while Clair Frank, Emily Recker and Megan Serfass added the others.

Moravian Academy beat the Roughies 11-0 as Cassie Romanczuk scored four goals and Nikki Chiaradia and Maya Ohlandt each had two.

Catty lost to Northwestern 7-1. Emily Rivera scored Catty’s lone goal in the loss.

The volleyball team lost to Salem Christian 25-11, 25-6 and 25-8. Southern Lehigh beat the Roughs 25-4, 25-11 and 25-6 while Lehighton knocked off Catty 25-5, 25-6, 25-8.

The team also fell to Palmerton 25-8, 25-22, 25-11.
