Kelly Poburski, 40, of Whitehall, was charged with disorderly conduct 9:57 a.m. Aug. 14, following an incident in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard.

Police were called to Lehigh Valley Health Network – Cedar Crest 11 p.m. Aug. 14, after security found drug paraphernalia.

Jessica Brink, 36, of Scranton, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 12:36 a.m. Aug. 17 at Lehigh Valley Health Network – Cedar Crest.

A warrant has been issued for David Strouse, 41, of Ashley, Pa., after Strouse was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 11:03 p.m.

Kara Myers, 22, of Gloucester, N.J., was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance, 10:33 p.m. Aug. 20 while at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

Janeen Simmons, 26, of Salisbury, was charged with two counts of simple assault and harassment 9:09 p.m. Aug. 16 following an alleged incident in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard.

Two tires were slashed on a vehicle parked in the 3000 block of Essex Road. The incident was reported 8:35 a.m. Aug. 17.

Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of East Emmaus Avenue 11:12 p.m. Aug. 17 for the report of a cardiac arrest. Police found a female staff member with an apparent overdose. She was taken to the hospital.

A 31-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with alleged driving while under the influence, failure to drive within lane and no registration 2:08 a.m. Aug. 17 following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of East Susquehanna Street. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A 68-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence, alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, midnight Aug. 18, following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Emmaus Avenue. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident was moving out of a home in the 600 block of East Paoli Street, 1 p.m. Aug 18 and placed an air conditioner on the lawn. A red truck pulled up and took the air conditioner.

A resident at Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., reported $94 was missing from a drawer. The incident was reported 6 p.m. Aug. 20. Police are investigating.

Kris Wappaus, 47, of Reston, Va., was issued a citation for alleged public drunkenness 6:19 a.m. Aug. 18. Wappaus was allegedly argumentative and was sleeping on the lawns of residents.
