An unknown person entered the pool building at Waldheim Park, 2400 S. Hall St., and removed $58.60 from a locked cash box. The burglary was reported 10:59 a.m. Aug. 9.

Someone entered a garage in the 400 block of East Rock Road and removed tools. The theft was reported 2:08 p.m. Aug. 12.

An unknown person damaged windows in the upper bath house at Waldheim Park, 2400 S. Hall St. Damage is estimated to be $200. The incident was reported 10:59 a.m. Aug. 9.

A resident in the 3200 block of Capital Street reported 11:25 p.m. Aug. 11, a vehicle on the property was leaking gas and the resident believes the vehicle was damaged intentionally.

A 25-year-old man, of Emmaus, was charged with summary harassment for disregarding a protection from abuse order, 11:14 a.m. Aug. 11.

Rebecca Walton, 41, of Whitehall, was charged with summary harassment following an alleged incident at Manor Care Health Services, 1265 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., 5:45 p.m. Aug. 11.

A 22-year-old man, of Salisbury, was charged with harassment following an alleged incident in the 1000 block of Salisbury Road 1:20 p.m. Aug. 7.

A resident in the 3300 block of Berger Street reported having a driveway resealed and receiving a bill for $1,500. A sister of the resident found out and said the driveway had just been resealed in June for $150. The incident was reported 10:25 p.m. Aug. 11.

A resident in the 800 block of East Tioga Street reported five unauthorized charges to a debit card totaling $170. The resident has the debit card. The fraud was reported 7:02 p.m. Aug. 13.

A resident discovered four unauthorized charges totaling $500 on an account with TD Bank. The resident reported the fraud 6:30 p.m. Aug 5.

While on patrol 3:03 a.m. Aug. 11, a Salisbury police officer noticed a vehicle parked in the Shell Quick Stop lot, 1132 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. Police determined the vehicle was stolen from Chambersburg. The vehicle was towed from the lot.

A resident in the 1300 block of Lehigh Avenue reported the theft of $40 one day and $35 the next day, possibly by a person visiting the home. The thefts were reported 10:30 a.m. Aug. 12. Police are investigating.

MaGia’s Friendly Italian, 1701 E. Susquehanna St., reported the theft of cooking grease 12:39 p.m. Aug. 12. The cooking grease was valued at $300.

Two vehicles in the 400 block of Yeker Farm Lane were entered by an unknown person 5:10 p.m. Aug. 12. In one vehicle, $10 was removed; in the second vehicle, a gold and diamond ring valued at $3,000 was removed.

An undisclosed amount of money was removed from a parked car in the 900 block of Belford Road 9:59 a.m. Aug. 13.

An unknown person removed change and a vehicle registration from a vehicle parked in the 3000 block of Lindberg Avenue 7:48 a.m. Aug. 13.

Police received a report from a victim of identity theft who works in Salisbury Township. While on vacation, the victim received word that an unknown person obtained his personal information, called the company he worked for and asked to have his direct deposit information changed. The office personnel made the change and the paycheck was diverted from the victim’s account to another account. The theft was reported 4:37 p.m. Aug. 12. Police are investigating.

C and B Entertainment, 3300 Lehigh St., reported the theft of nine DC comic action figures valued at $1,250, 5:32 p.m. Aug. 13. The staff reports two males were in the store looking at items. While staff was talking to one male, the other male exited the store.

A wallet was found in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street 8:45 a.m. Aug. 12. The wallet was turned over to police.

Amber Rivera, 24, of Shenandoah, was charged with alleged simple assault and terroristic threats following an incident 1:06 a.m. Aug. 13 in the 1400 block of East Susquehanna St. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
