Patricia B. McCarty, 71, of Bethlehem, died August 12, 2019. Born in Hazelton, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Bridget (McFadden) Bonner. She was the wife of Francis P. McCarty of 48 years.

She was a 1965 graduate of Notre Dame High School.

She was a secretary for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 19 years. She then worked at the Piercing Pagoda home office.

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

She was a long time volunteer for the Muhlenberg Hospital gift shop.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Larry Bonner and his wife Shelley of Bethlehem Township; a brother-in-law, John Francis McCarty and his wife Amelia of Raleigh, North Carolina; caregiver, Iris Ortiz; nieces; nephews; and friends.
