Freemansburg’s National Night Out was well attended, with a solid crowd of families coming for the children’s attractions, free food and drinks, interactive displays by the Freemansburg Fire Company, displays from local groups, identi-kits for children by the Freemansburg police, a raffle, face painting, and a burning car. Justine Rossi, one of the organizers, explained the entire event is paid for by sponsors, both corporations and local business, who together provide $10,000 for the event.
