Lauren Deary, 28, no known address, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, 4:15 p.m. July 29 following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

A 23-year-old man, of Macungie, was charged with possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop, 3:28 p.m. July 27 in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street. Charges were mailed.

A 41-year-old woman, of Morrisville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 5:18 p.m. July 28 while at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest. A warrant has been issued.

A 50-year-old man, of Boyertown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 3 p.m. July 28 while at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

A 19-year-old female, of Mertztown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 8:30 a.m. July 30 Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

Kataira Turner, 37, of Allentown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, 10 a.m. July 29 following an alleged incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest.

A 38-year-old woman, of Allentown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property following an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, noon June 25.

Salisbury police were called to the 700 block of East Rock Road 10:23 p.m. July 29 for the report of M-80 fireworks. Police were unable to locate the fireworks.

A 67-year-old man, of the 2600 block of East Texas Boulevard, said he received two emails from his priest saying someone was going in for surgery and parishioners were asked to make contributions. The resident bought Google play cards in the amount of $950. After the third email, the man said he called the priest and found out it was a fraudulent call. He then noticed a slight difference in the email address for the priest. The fraud was reported 3 p.m. July 31.
