Betty E. Kramer, 86, died July 25, 2019, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of Paul Kramer.

She was a daughter of the late William J. and Caroline (Stahler) Stamm.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Kutztown University in 1969.

She was a teacher in the Salisbury School District for 35 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Chris Fegely and Michale Combs, grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Terence Lee Fegely; and her husband, Russel H. Buchmiller Jr.
