Jagjit Singh Saini, 29, of Bethlehem, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence at a traffic stop on Brookside Road at Cornerstone Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:07 a.m. June 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Jared Paul Clarke, 21, of Macungie, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop for lane movement violations on Brookside Road at Indian Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:26 p.m. June 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Two 19-year-old females, both of Binghamton, N.Y., were charged with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana after a Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville trooper responded to the parking lot of Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:13 p.m. June 16 for the report of two females smoking marijuana while inside a red vehicle at the store.
Danielle Mae Long, 31, of Allentown, was taken into custody for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and THC oil after she disclosed to police she had the oil and drug paraphernalia inside her backpack when located by police on Elm Drive at Kressler Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:43 p.m. June 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A male suspect wearing a Nike sweatshirt with a pull tight hood attempted to deposit a fraudulent check at Embassy Bank, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 1:30 p.m. May 29. Suspects attempted to remove merchandise valued at $884.83 from Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:24 p.m. June 28.
A suspect attempted to under ring merchandise valued at $76.32 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:25 p.m July 11.
A black laptop computer, valued at $1,100, a gray backpack, valued at $100 and $1 in change were removed from two vehicles in the 1300 block of Mohr Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between 12:30 and 6 a.m. June 26.
Jewelry valued at approximately $8,700 was removed from a residence on Brookstone Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 9:45 a.m. June 10 and 9:30 a.m. June 11. Pennsylvania State Police responded to the location on a report of jewelry allegedly taken while movers from a hired moving company were inside the residence. The items were taken from an upstairs bathroom and included a wedding ring valued at $6,000, a ring valued at $400, a pearl necklace valued at $500 and a ring valued at $1,800.
