A man was found in the 800 block of Weil Street 11:51 p.m. July 4 saying he was maced by two males over an old beef. The man would not give any further information.

Police received multiple complaints about fireworks 8 p.m. July 4 in the western portion of the district. Police investigated and said no one was being unsafe or shooting fireworks near buildings.

A 28-year-old woman, of Bethlehem, was charged with suspicion of driving while under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of drug paraphernalia, driving while under suspension and driving without registration 1:10 a.m. July 15 following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Broadway. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

An unknown person removed eight wheels and tires from vehicles parked at the Scott Mazda Volvo dealership. The theft was reported 10:18 a.m. July 5 after finding the cars raised.

Inappropriate graffiti was found spray painted on concrete at Devonshire Park 9:01 a.m. July 5.

Robert Burt, 53, of Bethlehem, was charged with accident involving damage vehicle/property, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop and render aid and driving under suspension following an alleged accident along East Susquehanna Street 4:17 p.m. July 7.

A 28-year-old man, of Bethlehem, was charged with possession of a controlled substance while at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 6:03 p.m. July 7.

Nine pairs of earrings were found in a driveway in the 1600 block of Seidersville Road 12:23 p.m. July 7.

A resident in the 800 block of East Federal Street told police 12:23 p.m. July 9 he received a call from someone saying they were with the Social Security Administration. It was a scam.

Edwin Matos, 37, of Allentown, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property 9:30 a.m. July 10 following an incident at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest. Matos allegedly removed small inner wheel hub covers from a Honda Accord. The hub covers were valued at $57. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

An 18-year-old man, of Allentown was charged with simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 600 block of East Emmaus Avenue.
