Nicholas J. Giambilis, restaurant, diner owner

Nicholas J. Giambilis, 72, of Newville, died July 6, 2019. He was the husband of Amy (Coletti) Giambilis for 47 years.

Born in Kambia, Chios, Greece, he was a son of the late Demetrios and Kaliope (Karsos) Giambilis.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Camp Hill.

He was the owner of Little John’s (Momma Spriggs), Carlisle Diner, and The Valley, all in Carlisle; the Middlesex Diner; and The Hearth and the Family Restaurant, both in Lebanon.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kelly Peretzman; a sister ,Irene Anagnostou; a sister in law, Maria Giambilis; four grandchildren, Angela, Amelia, Alyssa and Alayna; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a son, James N. Giambilis; and a brother, Gus J. Giambilis.
