Salisbury Township School District will host summer library hours 9:30-11:30 a.m. July 10 and 17 at Harry S Truman Elementary School. Come check out all the amazing things in a book.

Salisbury Township will hold a community night 5-8 p.m. July 16 at Salisbury Middle School. The event includes food, fun and entertainment for the whole family. Hope to see you there!

There will be open gyms for basketball with the township school resource officers on Tuesdays 9-11 a.m. for high school students and noon to 2 p.m. for middle school students. If any student would like to attend, contact SRO Nothstein at rnothstein@salisburysd.org.

The AMC Summer Movie series continues. Every Wednesday morning you can receive a movie ticket to the movie of the week along with popcorn, soda and candy. The movies playing are as follows: July 10: “The Lego Movie 2”, July 17: “Teen Titans GO! To the Movies” and July 24: “The House with a Clock in Its Walls.”

The Franko Farm yard waste site will be open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 9 and 13 and 3-6 p.m. July 15 and 18.
