The Victory House annual charity golf classic was played at the Green Pond Country Club June 3 with 96 golfers participating. It marked the 13th annual golfing fundraiser to supports the emergency shelters programs at its Southside Bethlehem facility. Executive Director Pat DiLuzio said $120,000 has been raised to date to support the general operating budget, and expected to raise $10,000 from the 2019 classic which will be applied to the purchase and installation of an emergency generator. In addition to the golf camaraderie, participants enjoyed a continental breakfast, hot dog and beverage, and a family style dinner.
