Still looking for something to do with your kids this summer? The Wildlands Conservancy in Emmaus does not disappoint. They have five-day camps, one-day camps, hikes, animal observations and much more. Some items are free, some have a fee, but most of them you must register for on their website. So check out all they have to offer at wildlandspa.org.
AMC theaters is running their summer movie camp again this summer. Every Wednesday morning for a very small fee you get a kid-friendly movie, a small popcorn, soda and candy. The movie for July 10 will be “The Lego Movie 2” and on July 17 they will show “Teen Titans GO! TO the Movies.”
Don’t forget about Food Truck Thursdays at the South Mall on Lehigh Street. Every week there are a few different trucks there. So yummy!
The Salisbury Township School District will hold open library hours throughout the summer. The next two on the schedule will be 9:30-11:30 a.m. July 10 and 17 at Harry S Truman Elementary School. Any Salisbury student from kindergarten through eighth grade may come and check out books. Books for all ages will be available and all books will be due in September.
A school board meeting is scheduled 7:30 p.m. July 17 at the administration building, if needed.
The Devonshire drop-off will be open July 6, 8, and 11. Hours of operation for Salisbury residents are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday and Saturday of the month. Evening hours have now begun 3-9 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays.
