Ronald J. Meyers Sr., 71, of Coplay, died June 26, 2019, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Judith (Gross) Meyers for 49 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Frank and Mary (Marth) Meyers.

He was a Whitehall High School graduate.

He was in the U.S. Army.

He was a processor in the textile industry for many years.

He was of the Catholic faith.

He was a member of the West Coplay Maennerchor, Coplay Saengerbund and the Coplay American Legion Post 473.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mandy; a sister, Diana and her husband Phil Long; a brother, Joseph and his wife Cindy; two grandchildren, Terrance Meyers and Shaylynn Waiters; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a son, Ronald J. Jr.
