Seniors Amy Huber and Brandon Norton were selected as Catasauqua High School’s Colonial League Academic All-Stars for the 2018-19 school year.
Both students were honored, along with student-athletes from the other 12 Colonial League schools, at the Colonial League Academic All-Star Breakfast that was held recently at the Green Pond Country Club.
Amy was ranked 15th out of 99 with a grade point average of 91.76. Amy was a four-year letterwinner in girls soccer, a three-year letterwinner in track and field and a two-year letterwinner in girls basketball.
Amy has earned distinguished honor roll and was selected as a Student of the Semester during the 2018-19 school year. She is a member of the Varsity “C” Club, student council and President of FBLA. Amy plans on attending Kutztown University to major in elementary education.
Brandon is ranked 3rd out of 99 with a grade point average of 96.99. Brandon was a two-year letterwinner in cross country and a letterwinner in track and field.
Brandon was selected as a Student of the Semester and has earned distinguished honor roll each marking period during his high school career. Brandon is a member of student council, student forum and SADD. Brandon plans on attending Wilkes University to major in secondary education.
