Bruce E. Ferris, 71, of Salisbury Township, died June 18, 2019, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Maureen (Phalon) Ferris. They were married for 34 years. Born in Hanson, Mass., he was the son of the late Edward and Rose (Cohen) Ferris.

He served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam.

He worked for Modern Concrete Co. for over 30 years.

The great constant in his life was the deep love he had for his family and his constant support of his wife Maureen. He was known to play guitar, sing and tinker with all things mechanical or wooden.

He is survived by his wife; children, Bruce “Alec” (Kasee) and Lindsay VanAssen (Sean); siblings, Gloria Reynolds, George, Lawrence; grandchildren, Jaxon and Wesley. He was predeceased by sisters, Janice and Barbara.
