Hilda S. Blose, 85, formerly of Whitehall, died June 25, 2019, at Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation, South Whitehall Township. She was the wife of Maurice A. Blose for 64 years.

Born in Ormrod, she was the daughter of the late Alois and Marie (Sommers) Bauer.

An Avon representative for many years, she was also a sewing machine operator at the former Ironton Fashions and Cross Country Clothes before retiring. In her later years, she worked for H&M Concessions at the Allentown Farmers Market and Nine Oaks swim club, Coplay.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Stiles.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Deborah A. and her husband Stephen Polzer of Greensboro, N.C., Darrin J. and his wife Amy of Schnecksville and Kevin M. of Florida; a sister, Amelia and her husband Stanley Kokolus of Coplay; and three grandchildren.

She was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters.

Services will be private.
