Anna M. Herman, former St. Stanislaus Church member

Anna M. Herman, 92, of Hellertown, died, June 16, 2019, at Holy Family Manor. Born in Lower Saucon, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Ciszczon) Rasich. She was the wife of the late Harry C. Herman for 68 years.

She was a seamstress for the Schobel Brothers Tie Factory and later for Lehigh Valley Throwing Mills.

She was a member of the Incarnation of Our Lord Church and a former member of St. Stanislaus Church where she was actively involved for many years.

She is survived by a daughter, Paulette Blanar (Francis); two grandchildren, Matthew (Angelique) and Michael; a brother, Walter Rasich; a sister, Mary Williams; a sister in law, Mildred Rasich; and in-laws, Thomas and Althea Herman and Charles and Rosemary Herman.

She was predeceased by a sister, Katherine Yawney; and a brother, Michael Rasich.

Contributions may be made to the Kathryn Blanar Scholarship Fund at Bethlehem Catholic High School, 2133 Madison Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017.

Arrangements were made by Connell Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
