Lorraine J. Hanzl, 80, of Coplay, died June 4, 2019, at Renaissance Home, Emmaus, where she resided for the last three years. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Reed E. Hess and Arcilla C. (Nagle) Hess. She was the wife of the late Rudolph J. Hanzl.

She was a 1956 graduate of Liberty HS.

She worked in later years at Bradlees and Walmart, both in Whitehall, until she retired due to health complications.

She is survived by three sons, Edward Hess of Coplay, Craig Hanzl of Whitehall and Douglas Hanzl of Coplay; and two sisters, Christine (Hess) Simon of Coopersburg and Phyllis (Hess) Sinko - Augustino of Bethlehem.

She was predeceased by brother, Ronald Hess of Bethlehem.
