William Joseph Lipsky, 71, died May 23, 2019. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Henry M. Lipsky and Agnes (McFadden) Lipsky.

He was a volunteer at various organizations through Merakey and The Arc Program that he participated in.

He will be dearly missed by his cousins and his caregivers.
