Upper Macungie Township is accepting applications for its 2019 Junior Emergency Services Academy, a week-long experience for kids to learn the fundamentals of first-responder professionals.

The academy will take place 9 a.m.-4 p.m. July 22-26 at Upper Macungie Station 56, 6510 Schantz Road.

Enrollees must be township residents and between the ages of 12 to 16 by the first day of class. Class sizes are limited.
