Southside Bethlehem held its sixth annual Southside Arts & Music Festival May 3 and 4.
Unlike last year’s Steelstacks activities, this year the focus was more on art-based programs at the Banana Factory with free live music. It was an opportunity for the community to experience art and music in the thriving Southside district.
Included during the festival were food trucks, live music, free art events and activities, free exhibitions and some fee-based art activities such as The Hot Glass Experience in the glass studio at the Banana Factory. In addition to the Banana Factory, the South Bethlehem Greenway and local businesse, including Café the Lodge, Hill-to-Hill Grill, Roasted, Revel Social, Molinari’s, Domaci, E-Z Money, Molly’s Irish Grille and Sports Pub, participated by hosting additional live music.
