Timothy Franklin Dreas, 81, formerly of Emmaus, died Feb. 25, 2019, at the Goshen Care Center, Torrington. He was the husband of the late Margaret “Peggy” (Connors) Dreas. Born in Vera Cruz, he was the son of the late Francis G. and Florence M. (Schoenly) Dreas.

He served in the Army from 1956 to 1958 as a sergeant with the 82nd Airborne.

He lived a full life as a devoted husband, father, handyman and mobile home contractor.

He is survived by sons, Timothy P. (Laura), of Grand Junction, Colo., Sean F. (Michelle), of Rockdale, Texas, Levi E., of Wheatland, Wyo.; daughters, Lori (Darrell) Whinery, of Wheatland, Wyo.; Terry (Bill) Leader, of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Wendy, of Toledo, Wash.; brothers, Carlton T. (Emily), of Emmaus and Maynard L. (Barbara), of North Port, Fla.; sister-in-laws, Erma, of Port Orange, Fla. and Sheila Connors, of Wheatland, Wyo.; brother-in-laws, Arthur Swallow, of Sun City Center, Fla. and Joseph Connors, of Pinedale, Wyo.; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Kelly Jo; sister, Gloria Swallow; brothers, Francis C. and Garfield L.; nephew, Todd.
