Catty Corner hosts egg hunt, pizza party

Jay and Tyler Cimerol, co-owners of Catty Corner Neighborhood Pub & Pie, held the restaurant’s first-ever Easter egg hunt April 20. Boys and girls ages 12 and under were invited to the holiday event at the 301 Mulberry St., Catasauqua, restaurant.

Thankfully, the rain had stopped so the kids were able to search for the eggs outside. After the egg hunt, they enjoyed a pizza party inside.

Parents agreed the event was great fun for the children.

Later in the day, Jay Cimerol posted a live video on the restaurant’s Facebook page, talking about how successful the egg hunt was. Jay Cimerol said he, his son and their staff want to make next year’s event bigger and better.

“I have a real big, heavy heart for kids, and this just means the world to me,” he said in the video.
