State police arrested 55-year-old Bernice Lynn Eustice, of Bangor, on a city on-ramp for driving under the influence of alcohol March 17.

Around 1:15 a.m. troopers allege observing Eustice’s vehicle on Route 378 near the Eight Avenue interchange drifting from its proper lane five times and driving entirely on on-ramp shoulder. She was stopped and tested.

Eustice is charged with DUI.
