Lehigh Township: Salem UM plans dinners
Salem United Methodist Church, 1067 Blue Mountain Drive, Danielsville, is holding two upcoming dinner events.
The first is a ham and dandelion dinner, planned for 4-6 p.m. March 23.

St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 1152 Oak Road, Berlinsville, will hold its annual spring basket social and bake sale March 30 and 31. The hours are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. March 30 and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. March 31. The drawing will be 1:30 p.m. March 31. Winners do not need to be present to win; all winners will be notified by phone.
This event will have baskets designed to appeal to all age groups.
The bake sale will have many tasty treats to satisfy a sweet tooth. The kitchen will be open with homemade hot food for sale, both to eat in or take out.

The 21st annual spring basket social at Hope Lutheran Church, 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville, will be held April 12. Doors open 4 p.m. The ticket drawing begins 7:30 p.m.
Bring a nonperishable item for the food bank. Refreshments, including baked goods, will be sold.
If you are interested in donating to the event, drop off a themed basket, gift card with a receipt, bottled water, soda or baked goods 6-8 p.m. April 11 or 10 a.m.-noon April 12.
