Coplay Borough Councilman Stephen Burker has announced that Lt. Gov. John Fetterman will be the keynote speaker at the April 6 gala that will kick off the borough’s 150th anniversary.

“We are happy to have the lieutenant governor at our celebration,” Burker said. “We need to thank state Rep. Jeanne McNeill (D-133rd) for all her efforts to get him to our borough and celebrate with us.”

Burker and borough council President Louis Bodish are co-chairs of the celebration.

The gala will be held at American Club of Coplay pavilion. Tickets for the event can be reserved by calling 610-262-6088.
