On Feb. 22, the Salisbury High School debate team had its final debate of the regular Lehigh Valley Interscholastic Debate season. This year students debated on the topics of legalizing the selling of human organs and upholding the Electoral College. Congratulations to the SHS debate team who won first in the LVID regular season. Stay tuned to see how they do in the LVID semi-finals.

SHS will host a blood drive Feb. 27 to support the Miller-Keystone Blood Center. Students and faculty can begin donating 12:30 p.m. All other community members can schedule an appointment after 2:45 through 7 p.m. Visitwww.GIVEaPINT.org and use the sponsor code #0490 to make an appointment. Child care will be provided.

Come support the Class of 2020 while having fun snow tubing on the slopes 5-9 p.m. March 8 at Blue Mountain Resort. Present the flyer when purchasing each ticket and $5 will be donated to the Class of 2020.

SHS Theatre will present “Honk!” this spring. “Honk!” is a musical tale of “The Ugly Duckling.” The show will run 7 p.m. March 14, 15 and 16 and 3 p.m. March 17. Tickets can be ordered by email at Salisburytheatre@salisburysd.org or by phone at 610-797-4107, ext. 2508. Come support SHS Theatre.
