Police arrested Yamill Torres-Jimenez, 37, of Cherry Lane, following an incident around noon Feb. 3.

According to police, Terros-Jimenez punched a woman multiple times while in a Waffle House parking lot.

He is charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.
