Mark McGinley, 51, of Rock Hill, S.C., died Jan. 20, 2019. A native of Macungie, he was the son of Anita L. (Nacci) McGinley and the late Eugene J. McGinley.

He was a 1985 graduate of Emmaus High School and the University of South Carolina in 1989 and was a proud Gamecock fan and part of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.

He was the owner/operator of The Appraisal Company in Rock Hill, S.C.

He enjoyed acting in dinner theater events, playing golf with friends, or just working at home with his fiance.

He was a man who would light up your day with his kind eyes, great conversation and huge smile and humor.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by daughters, Lily and Ellie; fiance, Erin M. Ruth, of Rock Hill; sisters, Ann Margaret Vanauken, of Bellefonte and Patricia Lynn Miller, of Breinigsville.

A memorial Mass will be held 10 a.m. Feb. 9 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 1040 Flexer Ave., Allentown. Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 9 in the church. Arrangements were made by the J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, Allentown.
